    Most International Shipping is estimated 6-27 business days maximum.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched.

  • If an item has been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.

  • At Otheios, our products are proudly crafted in Australia, where we uphold the highest standards in skincare formulation and quality control. But the soul of each product begins elsewhere, in the sun-soaked landscapes of Greece. Although they do not contain SPF, we advise to pair our sun collection with your favourite sun-care products.

    We source select hero ingredients directly from the islands and regions that inspire each collection, whether it’s sea salt from the Mediterranean Sea, olive fruit from Crete, or botanicals rooted in ancient island rituals. This harmony between local craftsmanship and globally sourced ingredients allows us to deliver skincare that feels both elevated and elemental, a fusion of modern Australian science and timeless Mediterranean tradition.
