We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with boxes, or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Otheios™ will accept refunds or replacement requests given the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery, given they meet the below conditions. 

The product must be in its original condition, it must not have been used, show any signs of wear/damage, including the packaging/box. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery – providing images of how it was received, and the fault in question. After reviewing your case and confirming eligibility, we will give our customers full discretion over whether they would like a refund, or a replacement product. 

We accept change-of-mind returns, provided the item is in original, re-sellable condition (unused and packaging intact). In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of $10 applies and will be deducted from the final amount you will be refunded for. Please email info@otheios.com for our shipping return details.

Please note that any orders that are unclaimed or returned to sender will incur a $10 restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned to us.

Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account. If your item does not meet our return inspection criteria, a refund will not be issued.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
